      At 7:45am when the Licensing Specialist arrived present was 2 staff and 17 children: 3 months to 4 years of age in the Bubbling Brook classroom. A third staff arrived at the facility the same time as the Licensing Specialist. This was at the same time another staff was leaving the facility. Bubbling Brook is licensed for 12 children, Infants to 6 years old. Bubbling Brook was over capacity by 5 children, with 4 of the children being infants that were present. At 7:46am the 4 infants were moved from the Bubbling Brook classroom into the Clover Patch classroom leaving the Bubbling Brook classroom with 2 staff and 13 children: ages 18 months to 4 years of age, the facility was over capacity by 1 child. At 8:17am with more children arriving 15 children were present in the Bubbling Brook ages 2.5 to 4 years of age. Then at 8:40am the staff moved 8 children to the Big Pond classroom with one staff. The Bubbling Brook class then had one staff and 7 children: 18 months to 2.5 years. Corrected at visit at 8:40am.
