At the time of inspection, observed the Toddler rooms, Daisy and Daffodil, combined on the playground with 13 children present exceeding maximum group size. Identified through a staff statement that one of the children was under the age of two.

Identified through staff statement that while filling a bottle with bleach in the classroom by the sink, the staff member dropped the top of the bottle and did not initially notice any bleach spilling. The staff later observed a small spot of bleach on the bottom of a child’s pants during hours of care.
