      There was hand sanitizer under the sink in Birdhouse and baby wipes in the shared bathroom and in the Butterfly room. All items were accessible to children.

      Resilient surfacing around the climbing equipment and swings had not been maintained and raked. There was more than 6 inches in areas and less than 2 in other areas. Specifically directly under swings and around slides.
