Pooh Bears room did not have a lid on the trash can with diapers in it. In the Muppets room, the trash can had food refuse but no lid.

Poisons, chemicals, and hazardous items In the carebear classroom, sani-spray was located under the sink, accessible to children. In the smurfts, disinfectant spray is under the diaper table and is accessible to children. These items state keep out of reach of children.
- Playground and Outdoor Safety
The lock on the smurf playground is rusty and can not be opened if needed to be for an emergency.
