Multiple walls and trim were not maintained in good condition at the time of the survey. Classroom 6 had peeling near the bathroom. Classroom 2 had a ridge of paint missing running along below north window. Classroom 3 had large sections of trim with chipped paint.

Each unit, or adjacent bathroom with the exception of Classroom 3, had a rack hanging on wall holding soapy water and sanitizer. Classroom 6 had cleaning supplies stored under the handwashing sink located in the unit and storage room adjacent to Classroom 5 containing cleaning supplies was unlocked.
