      The walls located in a window in the infant/toddler room was/were not in good condition as evidenced by there were three chips present in the glass pane that lead through to the outside. The chips measured approximately 1 inch in size.

      The walls located a window in the preschool room was/were not in good condition as evidenced by there was one chip present in the glass pane that leads through to the outside. The chip measures approximately 1 inch in size.

      The premises were not safe and suitable as evidenced by an unused freezer without a lock was being stored in the preschool classroom.
