During the inspection, the LS saw a child' inhaler and epi pen were past the expiration date. The provider will ask the parent to provide new items and write the expiration date on the outside of the box. The provider was also instructed to be sure the child's name, DOB and dosage were on the items

At time of inspection, the LS noticed that one of the children who is almost 2 years old was resting in a pack-and-play without written request from the child's parent. The provider will transition the child to a sleeping mat and take a photo showing her sleeping on it.
