      0165(2)(d): Licensor observed plastic bag in Preschool 2 and toddler 1 to be accessible to children. 0165(3)(g): Licensor observed flaking paint in Pre-K, PS 1, PS 2, Toddler 3, Toddler 1 and Infant 2 that is accessible to children. There are bad flaking and large chips next to back windows in the PS 1 and Infant 2. Licensor also observed floor transition piece between carpet and linoleum in Toddler 3 not glued down and posing a tripping risk to children.
