      During the inspection, it was determined that toothbrushes used by the children were not discarded or replaced as noted in number 2 below. 1. Every three months. 2. When the toothbrush became contaminated. The toothbrushes were kept in a cup touching each other. Submit the program’s corrective action plan to verify compliance with the requirements of this rule.
