      There were six (6) or more areas of waste from the dog or dogs in the outdoor play area. There are three (3) areas of dog waste located on the turf area at the back of the outdoor play area and three (3) or more areas of dog waste near the front left of the outdoor play area. Children were not utilizing the outdoor play area at the time the animal waste was observed.
