Based on record review and observation at 9 a.m., S3 (DOH:12/12/2025) failed to have current certification in Pediatric First Aid and CPR within 90 calendar days from the date of hire and prior to assuming sole responsibility for any children. S3 completed the online portion of the training 2/28/2026, but has not completed the skills assessment portion of the training to date.
