Findings: General: Based on observation, in the Toddler 1 Room there was a stack of green child-sized chairs that posed a safety hazard for the children in care.

Findings: General: Based on observation, the Toddler 2 Room contained a small refrigerator that was used to store juice and milk. The refrigerator did not have a thermometer; t
