      Room 5 had blue and red foam chairs with the cover peeling, not sanitizable.

    • The Following Minimums Shall Be Provided to Each Group to Children Two (2) Years

      At the time of inspection rooms 4 & 5 were missing the required art easel.

    • Bathrooms

      The bathroom sinks in rooms 2, 7 and 8 have seals that are coming apart from the walls.

    • Inappropriate Discipline

      On 2/12/26 a caregiver used inappropriate discipline when she slapped a child's hand when that child touched another child on the leg.

    • All Plumbing Fixtures Shall Be in Good Repair

      In room 1 & 2 the sink faucets are loose, not sealed to the sinks.
