Paper towels and toilet paper are being stored open in the cabinet under the sinks in the following rooms: 1, 3, 7, 8, 10, and 5. Room 2 did not have paper towels at the handwashing sink in the classroom. Room 6 bathroom had 1 non working toilet at the time of inpsection.
