      The trash can with food refuse in it did not have a lid.

    • Building Maintenance

      At the time of the inspection the toilets in both bathrooms had rings on the inside and the odor in the bathrooms is not adequately controlled. The folding door to one bathroom is coming away from the wall exposing bare wood.

    • Poisons, Chemicals

      Poisons, chemicals, and hazardous items In a low unlocked file cabinet, in the first aid kit there was instant cold packs labeled Keep out of reach of children accessible to children. Adult scissors were on the desk accessible to children.
