Based on observation at 12:38p.m., the center's cribs failed to be free of toys or other soft or loose bedding (including comforters, blankets, sheets, bumper pads, pillows, stuffed animals and wedges) while a child was in the crib. The Specialist observed a loose blanket covering C6, 7-months-old, asleep in a crib in S6's classroom. This was corrected during the inspection.
