      Juice being servied at program is only 25% juice, needs to be 100%.

      The last recorded fire drill for program was 9/12/24. Fire drills need to be conducted monthly.

    • All Caregivers and Other Persons Counted in Child/staff Ratios Shall Have Traini

      Three of seven staff do not have training in basic first aid.

      Within thirty (30) days of employment, newly employed staff, volunteers, substit Staff member with a history of tuberculosis had last health assessment screening on 12/28/23, needs to be repeated annually. There is also a staff member with an expired tb test as of 11/1/24.
