Observed no evidence of M.P. renewing this training annually. Identified through discussion with the Director, M.P.'s last day of employment was yesterday (7/31/24).

Identified through discussion with S.E., the weekly activities calendar is available online and is written on a dry erase board at sign in area. Identified there were two separate field trip options on 8/16/23. Observed no evidence of parent providing written authorization for CH1 to participate in specific field trip to Breckenridge on 8/16/23.
