Reviewed CH1's file. Observed CH1's parent provided a blanket written authorization for CH1 to participate in field trips at the time of enrollment. Identified through discussion with S.E., the weekly activities calendar is available online and is written on a dry erase board at sign in area. Identified there were two separate field trip options on 8/16/23. Observed no evidence of parent providing written authorization for CH1 to participate in specific field trip to Breckenridge on 8/16/23.
