Facility is not arranged to provide the appropriate number tables and chairs suitable for children to eat comfortably and safely. Licensing specialists observed children eating out of serving baskets placed on the floor due to not enough chairs or space at the table.

Providers are not following the supervision plan. Supervision plan states children will not go to the kitchen area unattended. Licensing specialists observed two children open the half door to the kitchen area and go into the kitchen area unattended.

Licensing specialists observed two providers unable to respond immediately to a six month old infant's cry and provide comfort due to the high number of children in care. Providers were occupied with other children while the infant cried persistently for approximately five minutes.
