      On 3/10/26 a 2.5 year old child child was unsupervised during a calming moment with the director at the reception area/main entrance of the building.

      The infant crib mattresses need to be replaced or repaired as they are ripped. The diaper mat in Infant 1 and Preschool 2 were ripped and not sanitizable
