      During the first two (2) weeks of employment, all staff shall receive documented At time of visit two out of ten staff files viewed did not have documentation of current Child Abuse and Neglect training.

      The center must store diapers off the floor, protected from contamination, and i Preschool 2 bathroom had diapers on a cubby stored open to air. Discovery Preschool 1 bathroom had diapers stored under sink with a door that did not close properly.

    • The Center Must Store Cleaning Equipment

      The center must store cleaning equipment, cleaning agents, aerosol cans, and any Items labeled 'Keep out of reach of children' were accessible as follows: -Toddler 1 room had Aquaphor, A&D Ointment, Resinol, Desitin in a drawer with a broken lock; -Toddler 2 had a scent plug in located in an unlocked drawer; -Varsity room had a screwdriver in an unlocked drawer.
