The bathroom for the toddler room is not cleaned and disinfected throughout the day. There is peeling paint behind the toilet, preventing thorough cleaning. One toilet was not useable since there was a large roll of toilet paper in the toilet that had been there long enough to absorb the water from the bowl.

In the unlocked laundry room there is a baseboard heater that was hot to the touch. There were two terry cloth towels on top of the heater, small strips of paper and lint on the floor next to the heater and there are items stored directly in front of the heater.
