(7) The appropriate car safety seat meeting federal and state motor vehicle safety standards in 49 C.F.R. 571.213 and KRS 189.125 shall be used for each child. Findings: General: Based on observation and interview, multiple booster seats that were on the van were no longer in good repair and clean condition.
