      A provider who cares for children who are less than 12 months of age: Ensure that all caregivers of children who are less than 12 months of age follow safe sleep practices.

    • The Operator of a Child Care Ministry That Cares for Children Who Are Less Than

      When consultant entered infant room there was a seven month old female asleep in an infant swing with a blanket tucked around her. Child was moved to crib while consultant present.

    • All Interior Surfaces

      All interior surfaces, equipment, materials, furnishings, and objects with which Roof leaking due to high rain, gym ceiling leaking. Program not using gym for gross motor until repaired due to water on floor.
