Upon arrival in the classroom, S6 observed C1's face, which showed he had two black eyes. S6 asked the foster parent what happened to C1's face, and she made allegations stating he may have fell from the monkey bars while at the center, but there are no monkey bars at the center. O3 picked C1, three-years-old, up from the center on 2/5/2026 to examine his injuries and take him to his visit with his parent, but there was no record of her signing in or out of the center on 2/5/2026.
