There was Lysol, Dawn and other cleaning supplies in the unlocked cabinet. There was contact solution and other toiletries in an unlocked cabinet in the bathroom. All items were labeled Keep out of Reach and were accessible to children.

There was Dawn dish soap under the kitchen sink. In the bathroom there was mouthwash, Fabreeze under the sink, and eye drops in the cabinet. The cabinets were unlocked and the items were all labeled "Keep out of Reach". There were also knives in an unlocked drawer in the kitchen.

Under the sink in the bathroom there was bathroom cleaner and Quartz cleaner labeled keep out of reach of children. Under the kitchen sink there was Dawn Power Wash and Lysol cleaner lableded keep out of reach of children. Both cupboards were unlocked and accessible to children.
