      The provider had supplies to include soap and brasso that stats keep out of the reach of children that was under the sink and was not locked. The chemicals were removed during the inspection.

      Staff S did not have a current TB

    • Exits Shall Not Be Blocked in the Child Care Home

      The exit door in the back room was blocked with children toys. THe toys were removed during the insepction.

      Staff LA did not have a current consent for this location.
