Based on record review and interviews at 11:30 a.m., S1 failed to notify Child Welfare within 24 hours of the following allegations: On 1/30/2025, at approximately 10:48 a.m., detectives from the Covington Police Department visited the center stating they had received an anonymous call of staff mistreating a child and they were there to investigate. The Detectives interviewed C1, four-years-old, and S2 and S5. The Detectives notified O1, parent of C1, of the allegation when she arrived to pick up C1 due to his behaviors.
