Based on record review on 9/3/2025, at 10:45 a.m., S1 failed to ensure the center's visitor's daily attendance record accurately reflected when a visitor was on the child care premises. - On 8/18/2025, 1 of 3 (O3) visitors failed to sign and out and 1 of 3 (O4) failed to sign in on the daily attendance log. Corrective Action: Effective 9/3/2025, S1 stated she will check the daily attendance logs for accuracy at the end of each day to ensure compliance with this regulation.
