      Licensee shall provide a separate crib, portacrib, or playpen in which each infa The provider had cushions positioned under the mattresses of two of the cribs so it was at a slant. There are not Dr notes for any of the children in care to provide this positional sleeping.

    • The Licensee May Use Washable Cots

      The licensee may use washable cots, sleeping bags, or mats for toddlers over twe The provider had 6 children in care under 24 months and only 5 cribs. There was no waiver on file for children under 24 motnhs to not be in a crib or pack n play.
