1713.A.&B.&C. Based on record review and interviews at 12:30 p.m., on 1/14/2026 sometime prior to 9:59 a.m., S7 left her classroom of 4 one-year-old children unsupervised for approximately 3 minutes. From Specialistâs review of camera footage and S1âs statement, while S7 was out of the classroom, C2, one-year-old, went over to C1, one-year-old, and pushed C1 onto the floor, got on top of him and began to scratch his face. At 10:01 a.m.. S7 was observed walking past the classroom, telling C2 to stop and leave C1 alone, but did not return to the classroom at that time. S7 was terminated…
