      0165(3)(g) Outdoor area: two chairs had cracked seats and were in poor condition. They need to be kept inaccessible to children. Both chairs were removed during the on-site on 05/18/2026. / Area de afuera: dos sillas tenían los asientos agrietados y se encontraban en mal estado. Deben mantenerse fuera del alcance de los niños. Las dos sillas se removieron y se corrigio durante la visita en persona.

      0165(2)(d) Preschool 2: in the gray plastic cabinet, there was a roll of large plastic bags on the lower shelf that was accessible to childcare children. The teacher removed the bags and placed them in the bathroom cabinet, which has a plastic latch and is inaccessible to children.
