      ON 7-18-24 a three year old child was left on the playground for about a minute. The staff had counted and got 9 but then was distracted by a child whose shoe was untied. Once tied staff continued to classroom and upon counting as entering was missing one child. She left the 8 children with another

      On 12-4-2023 one child was left unsupervised and out of ratio in the room after a lock down drill was conducted. This was self-reported by director.
