      Chairs stacked while children are awake in the younger 2's classroom and the 4's classroom.

    • Educational Equipment and Materials

      The toddler classroom is missing a shatterproof mirror. Climbing mats are missing in the young twos room.

    • The Center Shall Provide Space for Each Childs Personal Belongings to Keep Them

      In the older 2's classroom, several childrens nap time bags are placed together inside a wooden bench with lid. In the 3's room, childrens personal items are in bags and piled on top of each other in the closet.

    • Child/staff Ratios and Supervision

      The young 2’s classroom did not have the proper number of qualified caregivers directly caring for the number of children in the classroom. They had 1 qualified caregivers with 7 children and the required ratio for that age group is 2:7. The 4’s classroom did not have the proper number of qualified
