      Reviewed eight (8) child files. Two (2) of the child files contained documentation of authorization for emergency medical care that had expired before the time of inspection. The parents/guardians accept the agreement with the program, including the emergency medical care authorization via an online computer program that is date stamped. The dates listed for the parent/guardian agreement were more than one (1) year old for the two (2) child files.
