      At the time of inspection the school age room and room 121 had toilet paper stored open in the bathroom and room 113 had open paper towels stored on the counter, room 126 had paper towels stored open under the sink, not sanitary.

    • Bathrooms

      The bathroom sink of room 124, the classroom sink of room 125, and 2 sinks in the PK room have the seal coming apart, needs to be resealed to the wall.

    • Building Maintenance

      In room 125 the paint is peeling and the cold water handle of the handwashing sink in the bathroom leaks when turned on.
