      Within the Junior K room there was a TV stored in the restroom. Within the Toddler 2 room there was a wooden shelf stored in the restroom.

      Poisons, chemicals, and hazardous items At time of inspection there were items labeled "keep out of reach of children" in the Early preschool restroom. Diaper cream and sanitizer hand soap.

      Within the Early Preschool room there was a broken Cabinet with a sharp hinge exposed. Within the 4s room there was a broken locker door with the hinge exposed.
