      No current health and fire inspections were available for review at the time of the visit. Partially corrected during visit by program printing a copy of the current health inspection but the fire inspection was not available.

      The lap pool and small swim pool are located in adjacent spaces. Per discussion with Charli Kruger, Assistant Program Director, CH1 did not want to go back into the small swim pool and sat on a bench in the lap pool area. Program staff was in the adjacent small pool area but no qualified program staff member was directly supervising CH1.

      Per discussions with Program staff - confirmed that the air conditioning unit had not been working and licensed spaces were becoming uncomfortably warm during the program hours. No fans were available until 07/27/2023.
