      The center must store cleaning equipment, cleaning agents, aerosol cans, and any RM 4: Top desk drawer there was staff medication accessible to children & in the middle-unlocked cabinet there was a bag and bottle of ibuprofen, a bottle of Tums, and a bottle of cough syrup accessible to children; all labeled “Keep out of Reach of Children” which is unsafe. RMs 3 & 5: both rooms

    • Building Maintenance

      PreK: 8 ceiling tiles have water stains which are unsanitary.

    • In Addition to First Aid

      In addition to first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), universal precaut Six staff members are missing a total of 12 in-service training hours in their files.
