      The following hazards were observed: bleach resistant spray bottle and Meyers clean day spray (on box next to refrigerator); spray bottle of Windex, 3 cans of Raid bug spray and can of Lysol disinfectant spray (In storage area accessible from building 2). These items were labeled 'Keep out of reach of children' and accessible to children, posing a potential safety hazard. In main floor bathroom used by children, observed shaving razor (in shower). This item was accessible to children, posing a potential safety hazard.
