      At the time of the visit observed weeds in toddler, preschool playgrounds and along the sidewalk areas. A wheel barrel was observed next to the shed. All items can pose a safety hazard for the children.

In the Butterflies classroom, observed several chairs to be stacked on each other posing a potential safety hazard for children.
