Based on record review at 11:45 a.m. S1, failed to have documentation that S5 completed the online child abuse and neglect Mandated Reporter Training provided by DCFS. S5's date of hire was 3/9/2026. The training should have been completed by 4/8/2026. This was not corrected prior to the Specialist's departure. Corrective Action: Effective 6/1/2026, S1 stated she will have S5 complete the training by the end of the day on 6/1/2026. She will set a reminder to have all staff complete the training on the same day to make it easier to track and to ensure compliance with this regulation.
