      11) The gate by the garden is not closing on it's own when opened and released from an individual's control. The gate near the south end of the building is not closing on it's own when opened inward.

      5) There were metal rakes and shovels for yard maintenance accessible to children in the open shed where some of their outdoor play materials are stored today. The Director closed and secured the shed during the inspection after this was discussed.
