Program did not notify the Office of Child Care that they had six cases of Hand Foot and Mouth in the infant and toddler room. The program must notify OCC of any infections diseases at the program. This was corrected today.

Building does not have natural ventilation in the building. The air unit stop working on Wednesday and the director called building maintenance to come. The air units started working and then went back out. The program must have this corrected as soon as possible.
