At the time of the visit observed a roll of trash bags on a table by the trash bags in the Cafeteria. Also, observed an adult scissors and Alcohol swaps that labeled "keep out of reach of children" accessible to children in an unlocked drawer in the Cafeteria. Observed a gallon size ziplock bag in an unlocked drawer in the SACC classroom.
