      Observed 4 caregivers present without current background check on file: 2 caregivers had expired background checks and 2 caregivers did not have background checks on file with the division.

    • Diapers. The Diapering Process Shall Be Done on a Table

      Diapers. The diapering process shall be done on a table, in a clean and sanitary Caregiver stated that they only use disinfectant wipes to clean diaper pads between diaper changes. Consultant did not observe any santizer spray at the diaper change area.
