Complaint investigation was conducted on today's date. LS observed that the center thermometer reads 90 degrees. LS used hand held temperature devise that read 91.2 degrees in room 1, 90 degrees in room 2, 90.3 degrees in room 3 and 75 degrees in room 4 and 5 (basement). During follow up inspection
