      Under the sink, in a cabinet with a child deterrent, there are soaps that say "keep out of the reach of children". Items that say this must be under lock and key or physically out of the reach of the tallest child enrolled. Deterrents do not count as locks. Items moved when noted.

    • The Following Child to Staff Ratios Apply: Type of Home Child:Staff Ratio Infant

      Upon arrival at the home, 12 children were present. With the ages present, the ratio was 10:1. Two children did leave during the visit, making 10 children present at the end of the visit.
