A chainsaw, three hammers and a lengthy extension cord are within reach of children on the back porch. A child size plastic picnic table and infant activity seat are heavily soiled with dirt from being left in the elements. An infant seat and play mat located on the back porch are heavily soiled from being left in the elements. Multiple interior and exterior surfaces of the wooden outdoor child size playhouse have an excessive amount of curling, peeling and chipping paint.
